About Me

my somatic learning path: I am a Somatic Educator for lack of some other simple way to say what I do, and what I love to study. My focus of education is deeply based in Pilates, but that is only a springboard for my exploration of many methods of movement and thought. I study and practice Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese abdominal massage), Karsai Nei Tsang (feminine Taoist sexual energy cultivation practices), and Chi Kung. I love to study somatics, and consider myself a Somatically-based Pilates teacher. I love teaching and learning experiential movement anatomy. I study and teach the rebalancing of the female pelvic floor. I study and teach on the anatomy of sexual function in the female, particularly. I also own a pole dance studio for connecting with sensual self and learning aerial pole dance. As I'm growing and changing it is too, I'm now transforming it into more of a Feminine Embodiment Space for my Jade Egg, pelvic floor, and emotional embodiment work. I love learning. I love teaching.
